It’s always great to see HP’s in the news sharing interesting health information and advice on how people can improve their lifestyles. Here are a couple of articles that we spotted this week:
- Julie Upton’s feature in the Huffington Post, “A Week’s Worth of Protein-Packed Breakfasts” provides excellent breakfast ideas that pack a healthy dose of protein to keep people satisfied until lunch.
- Katherine Tallmadge’s post, “Eggs don’t deserve their bad reputation, studies show,” does a great job of calling out antiquated thinking around cholesterol, interpreting the research and honing in on the remarkable benefits of eggs and why they deserve to be a stable in individuals’ diets.
- We love this post by Anne Mauney, “The Art of the Egg Scramble +How to Dice an Onion in 15 seconds,” which provides a great way to end the week and use up the veggies in the fridge by tossing everything into a nutritious egg scramble.
