It is always nice to honor someone who made an impact in the culinary world. In honor of her day, I looked up a little about her thoughts on eggs. Julia believed eggs should be chilled (just like food safety guidelines recommend).
Throughout the years Julia used eggs in a variety of ways. She of course baked with them but also showed us how to poach, scramble, boil and bake eggs! You can still catch some of her segments recorded on PBS food.
