ENC Grants and Fellowships

ENC offers two types of research grants: a Graduate Research Fellowship Grant and a Nutrition Research Grant. A request for proposals (RFP) addressing the role of eggs in a healthful diet is posted on the ENC website twice yearly, and in various health professional publications. Once proposals are received they are reviewed by internal staff and an external panel of scientists with expertise in nutrition research.  Research grants awarded by ENC are typically 1 or 2 year grants. The ENC encourages collaborative research projects with Federal agencies, the food industry, and other commodity organizations.
