Breakfast Tostada

A Latino breakfast favorite – made easy! A tortilla topped with your favorite chili and an egg for a quick, delicious recipe. Try the egg fried, scrambled, poached, or over-easy – any way is sure to be eggcellent.

for garnish Cilantro

Directions

  1. Spray a small skillet with non-stick cooking spray and heat over medium heat.

  2. Pan-fry your tortilla for a few minutes on each side until it becomes lightly browned.

  3. Place it on a plate and top with your chili.

  4. Return the pan back to the heat and fry your egg until it is done to your liking.

  5. Place the egg on top of the chili and tortilla and garnish with cilantro. So easy and so good!
