1 Each Onion Garlic Sea Salt Bagel, Toasted
1/2 Each Avocado, Mashed
1/2 Each Roma Tomato, Thinly Sliced
1/4 tsp Olive Oil
2 Tbsp Red Onion
1 Tbsp Tamari Pumpkin Seeds
To Taste Pink Salt
To Taste Red Pepper Flakes
1 Each Egg

  1. Sauté mushroom in garlic and olive oil for 4-5 minutes, or until very tender.

  2. Pan fry the egg.

  3. Toast bagel and layer with smashed avocado, sliced tomato, mushrooms, red onion, pumpkin seeds and soft fried egg
