6 large Hard cooked eggs, eeled
1/4 cup Ranch dip
2 Tbsp Minced green onion
1/4 tsp Pepper
1/4 cup Finely chopped red, yellow & green Peppers
Mini whole wheat pitas
Tomato, cut into wedges

Directions

  1. Place eggs, ranch dip, green onion, and pepper in food processor.

  2. Pulse until finely chopped.

  3. Spoon into serving bowl.

  4. Top with bell peppers.
